We set up your event in five minutes

Couple names, wedding date, and the prompt you want your guests to answer. You get back a QR code we print on table cards, plus a private link only the two of you can use.

02 · Reception

Guests scan and record from their phone

Each table card carries a QR code. Guests open it with their camera, record a 90-second message right in their browser, and send. No app install, no signup, no shared device.

03 · Morning after

You wake up with every clip ready

Sign into your private portal. Watch every message, download individually, or pull the whole batch down as a zip. An edited highlight reel follows within two weeks.

Pitch Vow Reel as part of your planning service. We pay 20% commission on every wedding that signs up through your referral, paid the week of the event. No quotas, no exclusivity.

FAQ

Questions worth answering.

Why is the summer 2026 pilot free?

We're building social proof. Every wedding we run through the pilot gives us a real testimonial, a real client story, and a real chance to polish the experience based on how your specific event went. In exchange, you get the full product at no cost. The free pilot ends August 31, 2026.

What do my guests need to do this?

A phone with a camera and an internet connection. That's it. No app to install, no account to create, no QR-reader app needed (their camera does it directly). It works on iPhone Safari, Android Chrome, and every other modern mobile browser.

What if no one uses it at our wedding?

On the pilot tier, you owe us nothing. On the standard tier starting September 2026, you only pay if guests actually record at least one clip. We win when you win.

Who can see the clips after the wedding?

Only the two of you. Your couple portal is password-protected and the URL is event-specific. We don't index your clips, share them, or use them in marketing without your written consent. If you give us permission for a testimonial, we'll always ask first.

Can we customize the prompt our guests see?

Yes. You can write your own ("Tell us the story of how you met us"), or pick from a small library of prompts we recommend ("a memory, a wish, advice, even just hello"). You can also set multiple prompts and let each guest pick.

How long until we get our highlight reel?

Two weeks from the day of your wedding. Hand-cut by a wedding filmmaker, not auto-assembled. You also get every individual raw clip in your portal from the morning after the wedding, so you don't have to wait two weeks to see anything.

What happens to our clips long-term?

Your clips stay in your portal as long as the portal exists. You can download everything at any time. We keep the files for at least three years for the pilot and standard tiers. After that, downloads remain available for any clips you've explicitly saved to your account.

What if our wedding is outside the United States?

Vow Reel works anywhere there's mobile internet. We currently pilot exclusively with US weddings to keep editing turnaround tight, but reach out and we'll let you know when international weddings open up.
